After multiple attempts at cheap Ebay LED Turnsignals, I finally broke down and bought a couple pair of Rizoma Turnsignals. These are the closest I could find that look like the new Yamaha Turn signals. These are heavy duty, with a metal backing and an actual glass lens, definitely heavier than the OEM Yamaha set, but I think the quality of these are a little better without having to worry about the turnsignal melting from the exhaust.

I'll put some pictures up later with them installed, they look great, and are much brighter than any other LED Turnsignal I tried.

Are they a plug-n-play change, though? I thought LEDs needed some sort of driver unit to replace the basic flasher relay? Or are you replacing LEDs with different LEDs?

Hey Xbud,

Can you tell us the model number? I also don't want to waste any time/money on the ebay signals.

Thanks

Actually I replaced all 4 at the same time, and I used an LED Flasher Relay that is adjustable. You turn a screw on the relay and it adjusts the indicator flasher rate. Unfortunately they are not plug and play, you need to be able to cut and splice. I used the shrink tubing crimp connectors, they seem to work well. I haven't had any issues with them in the past.

Sorry Jimmy, I looked on the box and the lights themselves, there is no model number listed. I don't think they are a current model year blinker.
