I mounted up my new 4x4 LED spots and they light up the night. I had a slow speed mishap which damaged the lights a bit. The wires got pulled out of the very nice waterproof connectors and the harness was damaged. Since I had to rewire anyways (need to add a relay) and I wanted the durability of the stock connectors I called Rigid Industries (RI) to see what it would cost for a new harness and a light connector repair. After explaining the situation and what I wanted the lady from RI said she would look into it and call me back.
They called me back with an RMA# and an explanation that there would be no charge!
