I am replacing my Vee with a Super Tenere and riding 2 up on the Vee my girlfriend is very comfy. Does anyone know how riding 2 up on this bike is?

I'm concerned about this as well. Currently, my wife is plenty comfy on our FJR, but I'm hoping the SuperTen will be as comfy - or MORE comfy than the FJR. So far, my main concern had been the location of panniers as at least one manufacturer (SW-Motech) specifies that their set up is intended for riding solo only. :(

Simple: Tail trunk. You'll need it anyway to haul HER stuff.

I haven't had an adult on the back of my S10 yet, but my 14 year old son has been out with me a couple of time. His major comment was how much more comfortable this bike was compared to my DL650. He has size 41 feet, but I bought him size 43 boots so that they'll last him more than a year! He had no problems at all with interference with OEM panniers. We were out for a couple of hours the second trip and he was as fresh as me afterwards. This bike has amazing comfort.

I cant seem to take the s10 out of the garage without the missus or one of the kids grabbing their helmet
and jumping on the back. They all love the seat and have never had a complaint, even after a 500km roundtrip.

I'm anxious to see a report like this with some of the aftermarket racks/panniers.

Thanks!!!

We've been wondering about 2 up too. We've been riding 2 up on a BMW 1200 GS for 4 years--mostly on dirt in Idaho & environs. Sat on the Tenere Friday at the Seattle show. Wife liked it fine. Said panniers were EASY to clear when getting on & off. Seating position was comfortable. She did say the seat was "slippery"---an easy fix. I ordered a Tenere in Sept--tired of reliability issues with the GS.

Apetoid, good to hear that your wife actually went with you and sat on the bike!
