Next weekend (Aug 14-16, 2015) is the PNW Tenere group ride in the Mt. Hood area, near Portland, OR. We have 40 registered and expect 10 more to show up so we're going to have lots of Tenere fun. There is still time to get here from wherever you are so join us if you can.

On Monday, the day after the Mt. Hood rides, one other Tenere rider and I are heading off to ride the Lolo Pass in Idaho. We'll then head down the two middle sections of the Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route (IDBDR). This is one of the easier Discovery Routes and we're planning a few days of relaxed time to ride and explore the area.
Temps are expected to range to mid 80s in the afternoons to low 50s at night. We'll be camping along the way but stopping for meals and a possible hotel or two as the week unfolds. If there was ever a time you thought about hopping on your bike and coming out west, this would be that time.
