Wow. Just wow! I bought one of the 2013 Tenere leftovers for a SONG in January 2015. At 5k miles(roughly November 2015) I got in touch with Anthony to flash me. I do have a two brothers slip on and he did his "normal flash" which was T light + S Enhanced Gen 2. This bike rips! I leave it mostly in S mode and my buddy with a stock Tenere tells me He can't keep up. I just walk away from him. Upped the fun factor for sure. :)
Sounds good. Did I read correctly that he loaded a Gen 2 file to your 13 or does Anthony's Gen 2 mean something other than the Gen 2 S10?

Thanks.

I'm guessing it's Anthonys version of the Gen2.

Here's what he sent me. I really hope it's ok to repost and I can't say enough good things about my new setup.
T Mode "Light". This is a fair bit more than stock T mode, but not quite up to full power. Very linear, with a "dulled" response in the lower RPMs that keeps the throttle response very smooth.

T mode "enhanced". This is a straight, 1:1 throttle. This is MORE than stock S mode. The bike works pretty well this way.

S mode "enhanced". This is similar to ET until about 1/4 throttle, then the throttle ramps up to WOT quicker than your wrist. Depending exactly how the person rides, it can be difficult to tell the difference between this and ET.

S mode "enhanced" Gen 2. This map is softer in the lower throttle openings to smooth out the "edge" in SET, but opens up faster as you roll the throttle on to feel more like SS.

SS mode. This mode is similar to SE, but has a sharp jolt around 1/4 throttle and the throttle is a bit more aggressive up to WOT.

SSS mode. This mode is new, I just made it and it is VERY aggressive, especially down low in the rpm/throttle. It is tough to be smooth, but the bike RESPONDS.

Honestly, if someone asked for my "normal", I think T Light + S Enhanced Gen 2 is probably the best combination

Engine braking: On most T modes I usually remove a tad to try to smooth things out. On most S modes I remove more so the bike's suspension isn't upset by down shifts. T mode still has a fair amount of braking, S mode significantly less.

Just got my flash done on my new leftover 2013 that I've had for about 2 months and 1500 miles.
I'm coming off an FJR that I had for about 8 years and a Honda CRF 450X that I raced in a cross country circuit.
I'm no longer racing and feel I have worn out all the local trails so this bike will be my long distance tour bike as well as my Jeep trails type off road bike.

I went with the T-light and S Enhanced Gen 2 and I don't know if I can properly express what a difference this flash makes.

T-light gives me smooth, controlled, and completely predictable power that I can use in off road applications but is without that stock "marshmallow" feel.

S Enhanced Gen 2 will never make me miss the FJR. Completely opens the bike up and gives you all the power you could ever need at your fingertips.

Some other have given extensive reviews and for these two modes I feel they are right on the money in their descriptions.

I feel this flash has given me two bikes in one and would highly recommend it to anyone who is on the fence. It took all the faith I had to take the brain out of my new bike, box them up, and send it to New Jersey but I really could not be happier.

AC really has this dialed in ::008::

Nice to continue hearing the positive reviews. I emailed Anthony and got a quick response. Hopefully I will have time tomorrow to pull my ecu and ship it to him.

It was nerve racking for me but he did a great job of keeping in touch and had my ECU back in 5 working days.

He really does have this dialed in and the results are awesome...

I had mine done in March, same program choices. I agree with every word and would add that the reduced engine braking in the S program made the bike infinitely easier to ride. No more standing the bike up from a lean when I downshift midcorner.

Been riding mine for about a month now on the AVC magic flash. What a great bike now. 6k on stock and just about 1k on Flash. Fantastic. And AVC turned it same day! ::015:: ::015:: ::015:: ::015:: ::015:: ::015:: ::015:: ::015:: ::015::

Runs better now that it's adapted some, had some off idle hesitation initially. Probably need to balance my TB's. Ridden mine about 1K on the tune, have t even felt the need to switch it to S mode yet, lol.

Hello all,

Sadly, the time has come that I have sold my S10. I installed the Flash-Tune harness on my bike and did the the flash a couple years back. I still have the cable that plugs from the bike to your laptop, (USB to ECU harness)
If anyone needs one or would like an extra one, please shoot me a PM and we'll work out a deal.

Thanks
Reveille,

You buying something new or just stop riding all together?
Much luck on your journeys.. ;)

Nothing really new to add other than to say I am another happy customer. Anthony was quick to respond to my initial email, explained the options well, and sent a tracking number when he shipped the ECU. Turn around was less than a week. I only had a chance for a short ride with the new flash but the differences were immediately obvious. Very happy with my 13 Tenere now.

I had mine flashed last year and I am very satisfied. Last weekend, I swapped-in the 2014 clutch basket. These two mods greatly improve the 2013 to the point that I cannot see upgrading this bike for many years to come.

Sent my ecu to Anthony for the standard reflash. Same turn around, about a week. Just back from a short(40min) test ride. 30 degrees here in Wisconsin. Great! Exactly what I wanted. Very smooth, jerkeyness gone. S or T 1st gear I simulated hopping the front wheel over small log. No problem, smooth power on demand. Confirm what everyone else said. This is what the bike should be. Highly recommend this. Thanks Anthony

Ok one more plug. Was out for about 4 hours yesterday. Lots of twisty county roads. I can't believe how smooth my 2016 is now. It was good before but now this motor is just amazing. There is a huge difference for anyone on the fence. I'm done.

Had my '16 done. Smoother in T mode. Low speeds in S mode used to be very lurchy and required an extremely well calibrated wrist. No more. S mode is fun and easy and the way excessive engine braking is gone. I am very glad I went ahead with the flash.

I've had mine for over a year now and it is very possibly the best mod I've done to my bike, as others say. I'm very, very happy with it.

I sent mine to Anthony a couple of months ago and received back in a week (from the tracking, he mailed out the same day he got it!). I can pretty much echo what everyone else here has said. I've only had the opportunity to ride back and forth to work, but it is great. It's pretty much what I expected the bike to be from the showroom. Well worth it.

Just had mine done. 2012 - went with his recommended setup. T mode rides like this bike should... S mode is just beastly; Even sounds ridiculous in S mode.

Super happy customer.

Had all the stuff filled out and had the ecu in the box ready to ship but then shit happened at home and at work so spending any money on anything atm is out of the question, good to know everyone is happy with the flash.
