Welcome from NZ. A lot of bike for the money, esp. 2nd hand. You guys have so much choice over there...they're kinda rare down here

They are like an old Massey Ferguson tractor, they do everything just fine. Gravel roads to sport touring or the interstate. Oh they are a fairly simple motorcycle that you can work on.

This one is easy to like. Similar to a V-Storm 650, if you think you might like a Super T, you probably will. It's more of a helpful travel companion, than an entertaining sidekick. Low on character perhaps, but also very unlikely to throw a hissy fit at a less than opportune moment. If something happened to mine, I'd replace it with another one.
