Stock............... 3.23 inches (???)
Adventure......... 4.84 inches (123 mm)
Adventure High... 6.85 inches (174 mm)

Did you buy the Adventure or Adventure High? I noticed you also installed the 2" Rox Risers. How about Clutch and Brake lines?

Received the bars today. Installed them. Really just a slight difference in the bend but a huge difference in posture. I need to tap the bar ends for the weight still, but I'll do that tomorrow. My one hind sight... the box states that the HIGH bars are for Yamaha's. The low bars are for KTM/Huskys. Which doesn't make a huge difference because I already had rox risers and extended brake and clutch lines from Jaxon at Rideonadv. But I could've just gotten the high bars and sold my rox risers to recoup some of the cost as they wouldn't be necessary.

Two episodes of NCIS.... or like an hour and a half? That includes sanding down the locating nubs from the stock bars. I still have to tap the end of the bars for the weights... leaving to go to the hardware store for that now.

With the Rox Risers and Adventure bars... how is the slack in the Clutch and Brake lines? Any binding?

I have the extended lines (2.5" maybe) from RideOnAdv.

I have the same lines. No binding full lock to lock.

So you got the low Adventure bend, right? That makes them a tiny bit lower than the Raptor bend. I've got the Raptors, ROX 2", and the long lines, 2" at the time I bought them, and I'm on the verge of needing longer lines with that much height. They make a real nice bar, don't they. That high Adventure and the ROX would sure make standing effortless. I must have short arms, my combo is still a tiny bit too low for standing, and that's 3.25" of lift over stock.

Holy cow, yeah I thought I had short arms LOL. I couldn't imagine the high bend + rox risers. That'd be like ape hangers on a harley ::025:: Yes, I have the adv low bars + rox risers (the '14+ design) and 2.5 inch rideonadv lines. You could probably go a little big higher. The narrower bar kinda gives you a little bit more slack over the stock bar. Not sure what the ATV high's are.

To get back to the OP's original question of how to handle the stock bar ends. A M16x1.5mm tap is required. This requires a 14.7mm hole for optimal 75% thread depth. That roughly translates to 35/64ths. Now, the Evo series PROTaper bars Mic'd out at 14.49mm ID and I was able to tap that with no problems at all. Came out perfect. I also bought a professional tool for the job. Go ahead and order it from MSC - you're not going to find it at any hardware store. M10 is the largest you're going to get, and then M14/M18 come in a kit since they're common sparkplug threadings. M16 is no where to be found. I looked high and low.

I will always go to MSC and this brand in the future. I've used harbor freight and irwin taps, but this is the real deal. After a 25% off and free shipping coupon, I got it for 27 dollars and next day shipping.

Took me about 10 minutes per side to tap the threads.

These bars put me in the upright riding position with no weight on my palms and no leaning forward. I'm SUPER pleased with how they turned out.

G2 Doesn't offer the right tap they offer an SAE tap, with an insert. This solution gives you the ability to use the stock bar end weights without needing an insert. You can certainly get the tap for less than 10 dollars if you don't mind using the irwin one. I found it as low as 6 dollars, but not with free overnight shipping.

Am I the only guy seeing question marks instead of the pictures of these bars?

Not sure why they stopped working I'll repost them tomorrow.

I guess this is what happens when you use URL signing for images, they expire overtime. Never really thought about that. Ooops... Here's what you're looking for:

Like the looks. What is the difference between the Rise and Sweep of this Handlebarbar and the Rox Risers/Stock Handlebars?

Since the Rox Risers are adjustable that's hard to answer. I personally don't feel the additional pivot point is worth it on 14+ model S10's due to the already soft handlebar dampener mounts. This creates a situation where the bars are floppy with too much deflection.

I would say the difference in Rise between stock bars + rox risers and the Evo adventure bars is negligible. The sweep is slightly less, although again, not really noticeable over the stock bars. I'm 5'11", have short (29.5inch) arms. The factory ergo's on the s10 were causing me pain in my elbows and upper back. I was able to ride with these bars comfortably for 13+ Hour days on a recent touring trip through the Appalachians where as with the stock bars I was done after about 3 hours.
