I emailed them a week ago. I got the WORST response ever.

"That bike isn't available in the US. We would need your bike in our facility in Southern California indefinitely. IF we can develop a product, we would offer you a discount."

Sounds like firm ware. The ability is there if you have the right tools. But you also need to know what you're messing with in order to get good results.
