What's the best way to remove all of the stickers without scuffing things up ? Seems to be a lot of them on the. S10. I now have my first 1000 miles and things ARE starting to mellow out, Thanks to all who told me to ride more worry less !

And you can safely buff the spot with a little WD-40 to clear off any residue. R ::008::

As the others here have said (whilst I was typing this up!), a hair dryer or heat gun (on the lowest setting), a can of WD40 and a bucketful of patience will do the job. Take your time doing the job, use the dryer to warm the decals and glue making it soft and the vinyl flexible. Use a fingernail to pull up a corner of the sticker and peel it back onto itself slowly, using the dryer/gun to keep it warm (if using a heat gun, keep the hot air moving around and don't hold it onto the same spot for too long) Once the offending sticker has been removed, use the WD40 (other products are available) to soften the glue left on the bodywork and rub it off with a clean microfibre cloth. It may take more than a couple of goes to get rid of all the glue but it will come off. ::008::

Thanks for the help you Guys ! Worked great now I won't keep looking down at the bright yellow sticker on top of the tank. I tried to remove one from my KLR and ended up rubbing the paint off .Hair dryer trick worked great. :)

I use a hair dryer on low to warm up the sticker, slide a piece of smooth paper stock (The left over paper that a sticker was on works really well) under the edge to start, then gently pull the sticker off. I use 3M adhesive remover after the sticker is off if there is any residue. Its paint and plastic friendly.

::026:: on the hair dryer/WD40 combination. That is the method I used to remove the ugly stickers from my S10. Worked like a charm.
