Questions on KAOKA YAM630 Install - 2012 - no heated grips w factory guards

- The smaller ring of the thrust washer did not fit "inside" the plastic handlebar throttle piece - just mounted flush up against it, right?

- How do you know the factory allen bolt that holds everything together is tight enough? I just played with that and the tiny allen wrench adjustment until everything worked and didn't bind.

- Must be OK, as road tested great - good product!
