Team Tenere,
Bought the parts bike and started pulling motor. Exhaust was the most brutal to remove, This was a Northern Jersey / NY bike but I can see this happening to anyone.
Once I broke off the studs the exhaust was bonded to the head. PB Blaster and some heat and some banging and wiggling got it off.
Downside is I don't want blow the budget on labor I can do.

Heated the studs (head is off) and per machinist pal do a few rounds of melting wax ( which gets sucked into the threads.
Grind and clean the studs which all broke with 3/4" length and welded 3/8" inch nuts with a blob leaving a red sore stud.
Back and forth a few times and they came out.

Save the aggravation. Take them off now and neverseize them. Don't twist too hard if yours is older than mine (2015) unles ready.

On a good note they may never have to come off.
I am going to pull the whole exhaust and lightly coat all the bolts and gaskets on my 2018.

Also the bent valve which was the disclosure by Gonzo. I kinda doubted it until I looked into the intake port and the 2 valves where not in sync.
