Hello All,

I just purchased a gorgeous ST yesterday which is still in the box at the dealer. Traded my Tiger 800 in for it after test riding the ST. Loved the Triumph but really liked the Yamaha and was ready for an "upgrade".

Happy to be a member of the Super 10 community.... ::003::

Chris

AWESOME way to start the New Year!!!!! Congrats!!!

Congratulations! I plan on doing the same thing.
I currently own a 2013 Tiger Explorer. It is less than 2 years old but has over 42,000 miles on it (mainly on-road miles).
It has been in the shop for 3 factory recalls and two major warranty repairs. The last repair took 4 weeks to get the bike back!
My previous 8 bikes have been Japanese, most with over 100K on the odometer when traded/sold with virtually no problems. So I'm trading for the Tenere in the upcoming weeks.
Best of luck on your new purchase and enjoy the ride! -JEP-
Best of luck to you too! I have had no problems with my Tiger but I know a few people who have had issues with the Tiger Explorer.

Still good to have another in the area. Hope you can join us for the Romney WV camp and ride. You may also want to check out the MD photo tag game on ADV, and the "Land of Pleasant Living" group on ADV in the Southeast section of regional threads.
I'm in Damascus.

I would be happy to participate in the Romney Camp. It is in the Spring?

Welcome Chris and JEP. Owning both an Explorer and a S10 I can tell you that you're going to love the Super Tenere. It is by far the best of the bunch.

Well, here it is! Would this be the first 2015 red S10 on this forum? Rode it home in 19 degrees temp.... ::003::
You're braver than I am! That's too cold and there's ice out there. Best of luck with the new bike!

Yeah, I know about the ice but I took roads I knew to be clear. Just wanted to bring it home from the dealer.

There's something about that new S10 that makes you forget how cold it's out there (obviously, heated gear helps a lot too).

Enjoy it mate!

Almost bought a 2015 Red ES but given it was ~ $ 500 more than than the 2014 Gray ES and wife likes the gray more ..... Love the 2014 gray color but wish it was white for the Florida Heat ...

I really like the grey color too, Harry. Bike looks awesome in both, grey and red!
