Hi, I have two STs. One road ready and the other is a parts bike.
I’m needing to sell both (landlord gave me 90 days - going to remodel this crusty farmhouse).
On the road is a ‘16 ES. 20k, new tires, two windshields, sargent seats, altrider skidplate and engine guards, auxiliary led, touratech racks, happy trails rear rack(s) and a dash infill.
Mechanically perfect, all services done. The previous owner put few miles on and parked it.
The abs pump was replaced and entire system serviced, final drive bearings and seals done and forks rebuilt at a dealer shop (shout out to Moroney’s) when I got it.
Bike was put to the test by the original owner and banged up with scratches and bruises. He intended to replace the plastics and bought new parts and never got to it.
So I also have for it new side covers and front fender. Old stuff and tank definitely scuffed up.
The parts bike, ‘15ES, has about 42k with what the Yamaha shop (Hanover powersports) suspects is a stuck valve. It’s missing the headlight and shroud and the abs pump installed on the ‘16. Otherwise complete but somewhat disassembled .
I’m thinking the running bike is worth 9k, the new parts and parts bike worth 2k.
I did post in the for sale section and have no responses.
Maybe it’s not buying season or I’ve priced it wrong.
I so want to keep it ( not so much the parts) but need to sell some bikes to move unexpectedly.
Any interest and/or input will be appreciated.
