Hola compañero, tiene 52.000 kms
With those km, you are close to having to perform some slightly more complex checks. The simple controls of any used motorcycle purchase:
-) change oil and filter (3.6 liters JASO MA2)
-) air filter
-) brake pads (to avoid scratching the disc, and )never push the pistons in without loosening the bleeders, you risk ruining the abs module)
-) differential oil…
More complex controls:
-) timing chain tensioner (take a pic to check that it is a more recent model..if it’s old cct, you have to change it, for a new model or a manual CCT (if you hear knocks in the engine rigth side when you accelerate or decelerate….you have a failed cct…and you can break the engine
-) spark plugs (especially check that no water has entered the well (if you see water or rust, take care when you unscrew the sparkplugs, make with a torque wrench, regulated to the same tightening torque, if it does not loosen, increase the torque a little and do it again a little more….it is not known with certainty how much longer a “stuck” spark plug can hold….we do know that they tend to break (if you take out a spark plug in well…it is replaced by a new one)
-) check U joint and lub.
-) check spokes (don’t over adjust them, if you dont’ want to break the rear wheel
-) check that the valves are within the specifications, but with those km, You should "adjustment them and leave them in the highest range until about 100k km" . If you only check them, you will find some in the lowest range, but they have a few km left to go out of range (only some, especially the exhaust ones.
-) first adjustment: 40/60k km
-)second adjustment: 90/110k km
-) third adjustment: 140/160k kilometers, there they almost remain in range and it is not necessary to adjust them
