Karson, there were no injuries. The bike with saddlebags is a 2014 with Tourances. He hit mud and out went the front end. It was fun.

That must've been the bike later in the album PLASTERED with muck. Thought to myself, well his clean bike didn't last long ::015::

Riding through that stuff is no more than a 50/50 shot, probably less with a road-biased tire :D Glad he was OK.

That one wasn't the 14. I have often proceeded with caution on big and small mud holes, as any little rut could toss you one way or another. I surely rode to the edge of this. Both the two who wiped, were 15-20 mph. I was ahead of them, parked to grab camera to film and by time I saw first guy down I turned around then the other little piggy also jumped in the puddle. Regardless, I got pics. It was a great day with mental intense riding of 115 miles of forest svc rd for a total of 170 miles for the day.
It surely cuts down the progress of distance for tire punctures, rocky hill ascending and mud wallowing. It was a great day. Several said it was the most challenging for them to date.

It was a great day. I am not sure if it was the most challenging, but certainly the most constant "non-let up" I have ever done. You really couldn't relax anywhere and had to be constantly on your toes. With that said, it is amazing how the ST takes you over all sorts of stuff if you just relax and let it.
