I've been hunting and pecking for a good deal on panniers. First I bought the Hepco Becker side racks at a little less than half price, second I just scored on some Pelican panniers for $150, so far so good. These panniers came with the Twisted Throttle universal brackets on them, only thier not so universal. They are for the Givi and SW Moto brackets. If anyone is familiar with these different brackets I'm just wondering if you have any ideas on how to mate the universal brackets to the Hepco Becker racks? Even if I have to buy the mounting brackets for the Hepco's I'd still be just over $300 savings if I were to buy this set up brand new. Thanks.
