No Tenere Sticker left side

No tank sticker

looking at this pic head on the left headlight stock right side PIAA H7 this pic does not show the true brightness of this bulb but you can see the PIAA fills the entire light area.

Hmmm, I was just out in my stable today looking over my bike and I got to wondering how it would look if I removed the yellow "Super Tenere" sticker.

Do you also have a full side profile picture?

Thanks!!!

Rod

I removed the fuel tank sticker. Made cleaning it easier.

I like the Super Tenere sticker but was would like to personalize a bit. If someone (Jaxson) was to make a State or Country or State/Country sticker of the same shape we could remove one sticker and apply the new sticker or apply the new sticker over the original sticker. Just a thought.

Sticker for State / USA: could be 1. American flag background with State overlay. 2. partial American flag with partial State. 3. two sticker with one being the USA and the other being the State. 4. or ???

There is a rider from Chile on the Wasp thread. He has a very nice colorful sticker for his country.

Just sayin'

Never mind....... I couldn't stand it any longer and just went out to my bike and removed the yellow Super Tenere stickers!!!

I like it better without.

I like hair dryer myself... Heat gun can get sketchy on plastic sometime.... The hair dryer is much cooler so you can kinda pick a corner and peel it off while you heat it... Comes right off...

Sorry I took so long but I'm glad you like it better, it does look cleaner. Here is a shot anyway for anyone else thinking about it.

I usually have the best luck with a hair dryer and then follow up with either WD-40 or GooGone for the residue (then of course polish the area).

Good luck!

The tank sticker easily peeled off by hand and cleaned up with polish. I am leaving the Super Tenere stickers on with an alternative for a State / Country sticker on one side. Haven't tried removing the other Warning stickers (yet). Any hints for these stickers?

I had success using a hair dryer on high heat with a plastic scraper like you would use doing body work with Bondo an applicator. Heat up the sticker and start pushing the sticker along to remove it.

Vince, now please go riding after dark and report back...anxiously waiting...but do be mindful of the forest rats.

Thanks,
Jim
