And did you have fitment issues between hand guards being in contact with the screen at almost full turn either way?
very nice screen by the way, but something is off

I have one and love it. No hitting, but I also have Wasp's bracket.

Find my large Parabellum very efficient in dealing with air flow. I have mirror extenders, so there is no contact with the handlebars fully deployed in either direction.

There has been some reports of the hand guards hitting the Parabellum screen. Linky

It can be solved by rotating the bars back a bit, using some sort of bar offset blocks, or the suggestions of the other posters.

I have the 24" using Rox Pro offset blocks and have no issues.

I am sure there are ways to "make it work". But I am talking about out of the box product designed to work with OEM hardware.
In any case, I talked to Charly, he is great to work with so far, I sent him big photos, he said he'll update the screen to clear the hand guards. I am getting risers for stand-up riding comfort, and that could help clear it. So if I still have issues after I install risers, that what we'll do. I really like this screen with a tint ::008::.

Got one with Wasp bracket...awesome
Leave it a little loose and move It on the fly.
Does an awesome job of blocking or allowing airflow.

...**update**...

on full lock it does touch the screen DEPENDANT on how I have the screen with the adjuster located.

(up down bottom full out or tucked full in etc)

Talked to Charlie today!

Very honest and helpful guy. I'm 6 ft and not sure I want a 22 inch or 24 inch. Is that the measurement from the bottom of the stock screan in the LOW position or HIGH position? Forgot to ask. Want to buy the Tinted. Stock screan actually works pretty good with my Touratech clip on at the top but the screan is definitely to narrow at the bottom and middle. ::012::

I am 5'11, inseam 32. With a Large scorpion EXo 700 helmut it puts me at about 6ft 1 the way it's shaped at the top. So with that helmut and a 24 inch PB screen I still get buffeting at the top of helmet. If I maintain good back posture I look over the screen. If I let loose, I am looking just over the edge of it. When I lean forward and thus lower my head about 2 inches buffeting stops and it's nice and quiet. If I get a 26 inch, I think I will be looking at the edge of it even in a high seat position. Lowering seat did not make a difference in buffeting today.
The clarity is very nice, even with a tinted one and distortion is barely noticeable even if you look for it. So this is a very nice screen, if only I could resolve the buffeting. I will get rox offset risers, which will make things more comfortable for me anyway, and will also solve the touchy guard issue.

As for the buffeting, I believe the Angle of the Dangle is more important than the height of the shield. An ugly Madstat might be in order. If the stocker was tilted back further I'm sure it would be better. ::26::

I have the 24" Parabellum. The hand guards just contact the Parabellum at full lock. It was worse before I put on the one inch bar risers.

I am not sure that tilting it back would help. Tilting the screen back means that the position of the top edge would be somewhat lowered thus causing air to flow lower then where it is now. If anything, it would be tilting it forward a bit that would cause the air to flow higher.
I think I will give a 26" a try. I experimented with ducking and using a strip of cardboard about 4 inches tall and 8 in wide traveling at 65-70 mph, exposing 2 inches of cardboard above the 24" height along the contours of the windshield thus making the overall shield height about 26" eliminates noise and buffeting. Ducking a few inches behind a 24 inch does the same thing obviously.

Ordered one today in 24 inch. Yes, the tilt function makes a big difference. If it didn't, nobody would buy a Madstat. I run with it tilted back further on my GS for best results. I also suffer from tinitus so know first hand about buffeting and wind noise. Tilting works! ::009::

I´ve a windshield similar than the Parabellum 24 inch, my windshield is 23 inch.

Pro
I´m 6 ft tall, my windshield works perfectly to protect to me of bugs (insects) in the high position, the helmet looks clean after a lot of miles. I don´t have presure over my chest.
Cons
Is a bit noisy (using a Shoei RF1000 helmet) and the worst problem is the fog inside visor using an antifog original sistem in cold weather, for this reason is not confortable wearing glasses. The other think I need to put atention is when a ride in unpaved roads, if is in the high position I can´t ride seated because the top line of the windshield disturb to see, for this reason when I ride in unpaved roads i put the winshield in the low position. Of course in stoned roads with many many stones I ride stand up and the windshield is not a problem to see
Then I think is important to find a correct windshield you must evaluate, rider tall and some other things (angle, support, width)

My 24 incher is now installed and took it for a 20 mile blast yesterday. Think I'm going to like it. Small amount of buffeting on top of my helmet but not bad at all. Good ear plugs make a difference(3M). Quality is very good. Handguards do touch at full lock but again not bad. Hell of alot better than stock! ::026::

Couple of things on the 24 incher. Mine can only be mounted in the Higher Position. It will not clear the flashers in the Lower Position. This could have easily been retified at Parabellum along with the Handguard issue. Phoned them today with this easily fixable problem. Talked to a nice gal there and she wasn't sure why it was designed the way it was. A 1/2 inch here and there and it would have been perfect. I suppose I could carve on it but it sure wouldn't look factory after I got done with it.

Redcat: Do you have the seat in the High or Low position?

I'm 6'2" with a 36" inseam and ride with the seat in the Low position- I'm not entirely sure which size Parabellum to get though...

I'm not picking on you, but with those long legs, why do you have the seat in the low position? I have a 30" inseam, and my seat is in the low position so my feet can touch the ground.. ::025::
