Welcome to the forum from the other part of IL, an hour south of Springfield. I ordered mine on Sept 1 and have the lowest order number on our database, but still not sure when it will get here. I did get to ride one in January when we had one at our local dealer, so that just makes it harder to wait.

Know the area well.. I don't live there now,, but do ride back every year, so meeting up should not be a problem. Sounds like a plan..
