No problem with 2-3%, just had not thought of that as an issue.

Oh, it's not an issue, at least with the limted amount of stuff I order from off shore. When it bugs me is when on a trip to Canada and seeing the charge.

If you're ordering stuff (or traveling) overseas, get a Capital One card. It is one of the few "good deal" rebate cards that doesn't have the 2-5% currency exchange surcharge.
