I'm fitting DLR lights so I've just bought an on/off switch to fit alongside my switchgear on the handlebars of my S10 so I can turn them off manually. The light instructions say I need a switch that can handle 1.7amps.
I only paid £2.00 for it and there is no amp rating for my ultra cheap product. The led lights have a loom with them that includes a relay.
Is 1.7amps going to fry my switch ?
Thanks for any advice.
