OME Yamaha pannier lock set

OME pannier lock sets that came with my 2012 S10. Never installed or used.
Also have an original Rumbux aluminum skid plate, not scratched or dented.
Also have original drivers seat, hardly used.
Also have original OME windshield, not damaged.
