It may help if you post a picture from the side w/o the bag in place. It would appear the mounting is off. Is this a slip on or the full system?

Loosen things up including the clamp on the pipe and try to rotate it inwards more. You may need to bend the rear mounting bracket in some as well.

Consider reinstalling the OEM heat shield if the above process doesn't get you clearance.

I seem to remember that different size bushings came with the carrying bar box to anchor it. You should check that they are in the correct position as the installation guide says.

But from here, “it seems to me” that the bushing on the right side is longer than the one on the exhaust side.

Maybe reposition the hanger behind the frame lug (i.e. more inward) if it is currently positioned on the outside?

Hello,

I found this. Must I instal this part?
No. That is just spacers used when the grab bars are deleted to space the bags out the same distance. You shouldn't need that since you have the grab bars still in place.

That said, if you can't sort out the exhaust, you could add spacers to move the pannier out more. This may require longer bolts, but likely the existing bolts are long enough. You should be able to find generic spacers at low cost at a farm supply store. Jiq has a good observation, someone may have installed the existing spacers on the wrong side.

Something must be installed incorrectly...The Akra exhaust came as an optional accessory on the official Yamaha website...so with the boxes (also original option)...everything should fit perfectly...what it seems to me is that the exhaust is installed wide, maybe the exhaust mount goes on the inside of the chassis support

Glad it worked out...
Just out of curiosity, is it worth the money they ask for it?
Like I said I don't want to start a debate or anything else .
I would like to know if you are happy with it.
Thanks if you will reply.

I know it's good but I also know that is expensive ( at least for my Italian pockets...)
I never had the chance to hear one on a Super tenere so I was curious.
Thanks for the replay by the way.
