OEM plugs for Oxford heated grips

I've read much on this forum about how connecting the Oxford grips in parallel provides a great solution for heated grips that overcome the shortcomings of the OEM solution. I'm planning to create a harness to have the Oxford heated grips into the OEM plugs without having to modify the original plugs on both sides. Can anyone point me to the type of plugs (both on the vehicle and on the Oxford grips) so I can procure the appropriate one to create the interconnect harness?

Allowing for a tiny digression, any suggestion on how to remove the OEM grips by overcoming the glue without having to cut/mutilate it?

A small flat blade screwdriver dipped in baby shampoo or dish soap. run it around the bar slowly going in circles, 3 or for rotations and redip. Eventually you'll have to get a longer screw driver but the grip should slide right off. Clean the old glue and new soap off and apply a small amount to the inside of the new grip and slide it on. It'll have to sit 24-48 hours for the glue to dry but once it drys it's good to go.

Thanks Clinton. I'll report back over the weekend after I try out removing the grips. That said, it would help to get a view of the plugs so I can connect the Oxford grips to the OEM harness. Any suggestions there?

^^^^^^^. Thats what I ordered to hard wire my GPS. I had a 2013, not sure about later models but the plug is on the right side next to the battery, One wire is ground, one is hot keyed, one is hot constant. I wired hot keyed and inserted a rubber plug in the hole that wasn't used.

If you have questions, PM me,

To me it’s half the solution. I went that route for my fog lights. It worked but needed room for expansion. Heated gear, and gps. Also wanted switched and always live circuits. Went with eastern beaver pc8. It plugs directly in that white plug. Quite literally plug and play.

@-=clinton=- apologies for the protracted delay in responding. Life came in the way. The plug you shared is for the accessory plug which is something I already use for a distribution box. I was meaning to ask about the plugs in the screenshot I got from a video on Youtube. These plugs are what are used for the OEM grip heaters, and I've heard that Oxford grip heaters can be connected. I'm just hoping that I don't have to cut off the OEM plugs if I can actually find them.
