Hi there.

I found this thread very useful. ::008::

Each time I'm searching for settings or aftermarkets for my Yamaha, I end up here. :)

Even German instructions on CO2 settings. ::012::

So I've registered. ^-^

I've been on 2 wheels since I was 14 with a 2 stroke 90cc Kreidler.

Having owned a good mix of bikes,
now I do seem to prefer dualie's and tourers.

December my youngest and I did a 6000km round trip to Cape Town on the Kawa.
The Super Tenere is my commuter and is a fun bike.
I have done a bit of gravel roads with it, and it is good enough for that and more. ::012::

Welcome on, Bikermom. Congrats on your choice of bikes, and welcome to the Forum. Taking a shot here and assuming you are a female type person ..... that's great .. it's always nice to class the place up a little. Again, ::004:: . R. ::022::

Hi there to USA, Oz and UK. ::020::

What a variety of people. ::025::

The information is very detailed and helpful around here. ::008::

The only thing is, here in RSA, the bike and accessory shops are not nearly as well stocked as you all seem to have. :(

I have done the odd online spree for things.

Greetings from Texas, Bikermom! Even in the States, I find myself ordering most of what I want for the Tenere from the internet.

Yeah, second that. ::026:: . If you're not blessed with a huge, full service, multi-farkled bike store, then the Internet can be an excellent source of goodies. Ask around, shop around and you'll find one or two major outfits that are reliable and have good prices. A lot of them offer free shipping as well. Some items are specialty and you'll have to order direct anyway. I have to order practically everything from "outside" due to my remote location. It's a way of life. Good luck with it. R ::003::
