Hi Guys, I finally popped for one. Couldn't stand it any more. It's used, 27K, and I've only put 60 miles on it. Coming from FJR, have a TDM, NX650, and had dl1000 Strom and 855 Tiger (and many others). Must say, this Tenere is snappy and seems agile so far. Not sure how it's going to like N. Mich. sand though. It's a far cry from my '67 Big Bear when I was 16. Can't wait for this hurricane to subside and the title/plates so I can play around in our November Indian summer.

Welcome to the club! I bought mine used too. I only had 5.5k miles on mine when I got it in August. I've now more than doubled that. It is indeed snappy, it has some very nice torque to it. This bike does like to turn into corners.

Have fun with it!

Haar had some persuation from his kid.... ME!!! HAHA!!! He got to ride mine this past summer while visiting Seattle area. You'll have to ask him what he said when he finished riding mine!!
At this time of year, you may need to find the ski farkle for it.

Congratulations on the new Super Tenere... You will love it like we (most) do.... I know a lot of FJR riders that have moved over to the Tenere...
