Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself. just took possession of my XTSuper -10 Raven. I've been viewing this site for the last 2 to 3 weeks trying to determine which way I should go on accessories and things like that. Traded in my 2009 FJR and was a little heartbroken until I got on the ST ( kind of like old to new girlfriend ya no) I should take delivery of my Touratech Panniers anodized silver 31/38,Touratech GD Hand Guards, Black w/ red spoilers soon (tank you mr. T). leaning towards TT crash bars and TT adjustable windshield bracket. Thank you fellow STers for all your input, your knowledge base is seriously awesome!!! BTW my insurance went up $300 going from the FJR to ST.. what's that all about?

the insurance thing is bogus, you should investigate further, with a simple hello, Kevy 511.....

Hey, welcome to the Forum and congrats on the new SuperT!!!

I went from an '08 FJR and my insurance went up a bit too - but figured it was mainly due to the 3 years newer bike.

Thanks for the welcome Guys. NJ riders hope to get a chance to ride with you guys since were so close. Picked up the ST Saturday with 15 miles on it. Got over 200 now.. expect to do 600 miles service by the end of next week.

i went from a 2009 bmw r1200gs to the super 10 , my i9nsurance stopped the same, ??? did you ring around for a better deal :

On the insurance, I contacted the company and they held firm on the quote. Shopping around now for a better deal. Oh.. got to go.. just got the akra slip on exhaust. I hope it can shape up the 1,2, and 3rd gear. At least that's what read on a post.
