I'm picking up a 2015 leftover today. After putting almost 50K miles on my 06 Ducati Monster, I was looking for something I could do a little off-road stuff. I looked at the Multistrada, KTM, BMW, Triumph and a couple more, and I always seemed to go back to the Tenere. Any advice/opinions on side panniers, engine guards, windshield? Thanks..

::004:: to the forum from Oklahoma. If you search for the different items, you will find a very wide variety of likes and dislikes. Most have a minimum of engine guards, skid plates, panniers and then it goes totally off the charts from there...

Welcome aboard!! Lots of options, but I would suggest first reading through some of the sections on each item and see if you can narrow it down a bit based on the reviews of others. Also, I'd try the OEM for a while before you jump into anything aftermarket.

Good luck!!

My alt rider crash bars, acd skid plate, and bumot panniers are 2nd to none in my book. Windshields are a personal preference. I use an oem tall windshield and winglets and couldn't be happier. Im 5'10 for reference.
