Bought a 2015 ES this spring after ordering it in late January. I get a lot of comments about the sliver matte color and the blue forks and wheels. Installed Altrider skid plate and crash bars, running Mitas E-07 tires. After riding to the Yukon to attend D2D, I'm looking at a new seat for SO and myself.

I've ridden Goldwings for years ( 2 wheels and sidecars) and rediscovered "dual sport" riding again in 2009. Since then have worked my way through a KLR, 2 Vstroms and finally on the S10. Since 2009, I've logged about 80,00km on the dual sports. Still have the GL but not spending as much time on it as I once did.

Had some handling issues on gravel and muddy surfaces from day 1 which I believe I have sorted out by loosening and re-tightening the fork clamps. Thanks to the forum and it's readers for helping to sort out the problem.

Congrats barkingllizard. I noticed a huge difference between the 2 bikes. Interesting color. Probably bump into you again sometime soon.
