New Moderator - ColoRider

I don't think Rod needs much of an introduction, so I won't give much.

After much deliberation I've made Rod (ColoRider) the newest member of the Moderation Family. He's proven he's a stand-up, friendly fellow, and I think he's a perfect match for this board.

Thanks Rod for volunteering to help out, it's much appreciated.
