Hi all,
I've been lurking around the forums for a few weeks now, also on the Versys and Tiger Explorer forums too, trying to decide witch way to go, and i'm happy to say I've landed here.
Pick up my new ride tomorrow!?!! it's so long away lol...

Congratulations! I landed here after plenty of disappointments with the dependability of my BMW. Couldn't be happier...... wish you many happy miles on your new ride.

Yeah the documented reliability, and the larger service/parts network, were the reasons i swayed this way all the big adventure bikes are good in their own right. While there on the road at least ::) i read a statistic somewhere about the GS saying 70% of GS owners have no major issues, as if that is a good thing, i read it as 1/4 GS's (about) spend 3-6 months in the shop a year...

This is true, up 3% from last year (2012). Now top dog in bits falling off.

In thousands of Dollars.

Although I don't expect YAMAHA to be much cheaper.
