Hi I am a retired English guy that immigrated to the Caribbean for amongst other things (no tax) the sun the sea and the sand. I have been a committed biker for 40 years and have three sons in my footsteps. I travel extensively and this enables me to ride all over the world, so I guess retirement is good for something’s! I have been on island for 6 years and I used to run a cruiser which was totally unsuitable for our roads. I came by the Super Tenere just over a year ago on the Mediterranean island of Corsica where I was lucky enough to rent a brand new bike in Calvi (zero miles) to ride up from the coast to the mountain snow line on my own. After five minutes riding I decided I did not like the riding position. After an hour with gradually more challenging roads it started to grow on me, by 150 miles in I had a grin on my face and somewhat less rubber on the toes of my boots and I was quite impressed when I got off to see the rear tire minimal chicken strip. The roads were empty and quite challenging with shear granite walls on one side and a parachute drop on the other, zero room for error. It sold me on the bike and I now have a new one of my own. I posted a query on the technical forum about a brake light modulator having read a number of previous posts. My application differs in as much as I want to add a second back light unit that draws an extra 600ma over and above the standard load. If any one has any experience of adding loads to this feed I would be grateful for comments as there is a feed back to the ABS controller which I guess would be an obscene amount of cash to replace! Pls check out my post on the tech forum, cheers. :)

Greetings, welcome and congratulations on the new bike. The technical end is a bit over my head, but I'm sure the group's expertise will be abundantly apparent. Have fun, no matter how many milliamperes thingies get attached and modulated ;D
