Looking to purchase and take delivery of a 2014 ST in the next week or so, so tracked down the best forum for answers to the inevitable questions I'll have. Would be my second bike and I've only been riding since September 2020.

Being relatively new to bikes, I'd recommend taking a basic safety course if you haven't already. (Texas makes them mandatory to get a motorcycle license) She's a big girl that carries her weight quite well, but she is 600lbs. She's one of the easiest bikes to get along/live with.

Welcome to the forum. You'll find a ton of knowledgeable members on here who'll be able to help with just about any issue that comes up.

I bought a 2014 brand new. It has almost 104,000 miles on it now, and continues to run just as well as it did the day I took delivery. It only left me stranded once, and that was my fault and not the bike's; I knew the battery was going bad when I left on a trip, and I rolled the dice and lost. Much like Sierra's sentiment, this bike is my favorite, and it's the one that I'll surely miss when its time inevitably comes.
