Hi guys,
new here have a 2013 xt1200 world crosser had now for 3 years, got rid of a bmw 1200 gsa twin cam for it and that was a great decision.

bikes fully loaded, had the wheels rebuild with stainless spokes by hagon 2 years ago best thing i ever did to.

It’s a yearly map rally normally over the weekend of the the first bank holiday weekend of May. You can apply online from beginning of Jan so not long to wait now.
I’ve done about 6 now albeit mainly the road course but last year we attempted some of the off road trails with me on the S10. Some are easy but some are hard for our size of bikes but if you like a challenge and reasonably fit this bike can do more than you think off road. If you want some off road training I’m doing in April the Yamaha Ténéré experience in mid Wales with someone else just so I can get a bit more tuition and try out my Mitas eo7 off road before we do the TD in May. The experience is going to be running again next year as confirmed by them. You can normally hire a S10 also so not using your own. When we get to Jan I’ll be looking out for the opening of the TD and will post on here the web link. Yo-yo on this post is a Marshall so probably will chime in with more details?its good fun a long day and in one of the best places in the Uk to ride a S10 on/off road. Cheers Mark
