Hello All,

Proud owner of a used Super Ten for touring Europe.

Been around motorcycles for fifty years - yikes! time flies when you're having fun - starting with a 1966 Yamaha Big Bear Scrambler 250 that I bought used in 1967. So it's come full circle with my Yamaha XT1200ZE. The intervening years saw me in Triumph 500's (several, one was a hack), a Honda Transalp, Ducati 900SSSP, and, currently, a 1990 R100GS. Not exactly a one-brand guy.

I'll probably have a bunch of questions, mostly about touring Europe two-up. SWMBO and I will be heading out around the middle of September.

Welcome aboard!!,

Wow, my first was a 1967 Yamaha Big Bear Scrambler 305, bought used in 1968. Loved that bike - once you learn how two-strokes need to rev!!!!

Congrats on the Tenere!!

Welcome aboard. If you use the search box, you ought to find a number of previous threads about being two up, riding in Europe, and whatever other bike questions you have.
