Howdy!

Just picked up a 2014 non-ES. Found it with 9K miles and Jesse bags. WOOT! Rode it home the 200 miles from the dealership and am in love.

My first bike in 1973 was a Yamaha. Really happy to have this bike in my stable. Upgrading from a fully farkled KLR650 which I have been riding for the last seven years. What an upgrade!

Greetings from Flagstaff! Nice looking bike... A buddy took mine for a ride and decided he wanted one as well. He just picked up a 13 out of Texas fully loaded including Jesse panniers, ADV skid plate, Altrider everything for some stoopid price of $7500.

Thanks guys! Been riding since I was 7. I've been fairly active in the riding scene here in Phoenix. Was an MSF Rider Coach for over 10 years and a trackday coach for about as long. Got into trackday photography for a while and had fun with that, but really enjoy riding my KLR and my Bandit on the back roads with friends or my wife.

What's up, Chuck? ::025:: Have you had the Tenere out on the track?
No, but I have taken the KLR out just for giggles a couple times. Kinda upset a couple sport bike guys as I passed them in the corners. However, on the straights they went by me like angry wasps...only to be passed once again at the next corner. ::001::

Welcome Dean, Hope you're thinking about the S-10 Rally at Zion Ponderosa in a couple of weeks . . . :). The info is on this site. It's camping and probably 50 + of our bikes will be there. I have been to the last few rally's and you really learn so much from our fellow riders. If you have a few days off, come join in the fun! Hope to see you there, Luke
