Hi all. I am booking off work tomorrow to buy my Super Tenere - I am so stoked!

I have been thinking about this for a long time, and the time has come. My buddy went to get a new battery for his Concours this morning, and lo and behold the dealer in Fort Saskatchewan had one blue S10 left, with almost all of my wish-list of farkles already installed (guards, plate, side boxes, hand warmers) and an Akro thrown in, and the dealer wants to move it. It would be rude not to help him do so!

My kid bro, who has a Wee-Strom, is seriously bumming.....

Welcome to the forum PPCLI... very glad for your purchase... I too will be having my dream realized in April when our ships stops saling for a bit of time.. ( I don't know what was worse.. trying to dig a Shellscrape in frozen ground..... or doing Hangtime in Seastate 6..Lucky for me all is calm right now... >. Welcome to the Forum and congrats on the new bike! I know excited I was when I went to pick mine up!!! You may have to let your kid bro ride it too and perhaps he will be looking for one as well!!! Be thinking about our gathering in Whitehorse this June/July.

Thanks all for the warm welcome. I bought 3K worth of riding gear for me and Missus today, and now I can't wait for the weather to get a tad better so that I can pick the bike up from the dealer and hit the road...
