You'll have no worries; it's a pretty low key, helpful forum, with very few "big personalities" like you find on some other motorcycle forums.

I've been riding for about 35 years now (though I can't claim anywhere near 60 bikes!), and I agree; the Super Tenere is my all time favorite. They've been the best 44,000 miles I've put on a bike.

Hi from Alkham - Kent...you will really enjoy the ST.

Play with the ergonomics to get the smoothest gear changes. Lever positions, shorter levers and throttle cable slack removal all helped me immensely. Also, I recommend a LeoVince silencer it makes it sound as it should.
