That's an awesome Christmas surprise. Sounds like you married well. Congrats on both counts.

What a great story! Maybe we could get some DNA samples from your wife so we could replicate her in a laboratory?
::026:: ::026:: Well I know us S10 riders can weave magic ... but as for cloning a wife like that ... that's way up there in the miracle stakes :D

You're an awesome guy, Fred. That's a lot of devotion from someone who had nothing in it but to make someone a Tenere owner.
::026:: ... you just can't buy character like that at any local store !!!

Well, I am fully rested this morning after two nights of not much sleep due to the anticipation and excitement of this whole adventure. I just wanted to say that in my 71 years on this earth, I have met a lot of very good people and the vast majority have been thru my chosen hobby of motorcycling. Motorcycle people are good people! Joe and his lovely wife Sonya are another example of this. Just wonderful, friendly, interesting people and the perfect hosts. It was a pleasure meeting you Joe and Sonya and I hope that we keep in touch.

Merry Christmas to you two and to all you other great motorcycle people out there! ::003::

Wow, it's a Christmas miracle! Your wife sounds like a wonderful lady, and I am sure you will love the Super Ten. Congratulations! ::003::

Bruce

Edit: I should have given Fred a shout-out as well. His part in this was above and beyond! I haven't met Fred, but I like him already!

Stories like this are why I love this forum and this community!
::026:: This forum reminds me of the FZ1 forum which is hands down the best I have been associated with which is why I still hang around there even though my FZ1 is long gone. Maybe it's a Yamaha thing? ::022::

Weather was decent today although started out below freezing. Rode her out to get tagged and titled and then I ran some errands so put about 100 miles on today. Very happy I didn't have to wait a few months to get some saddle time on it but I can't wait until it's broken in so I can open her up.
