I took some video with my Contour helmet cam and some with my Go Pro HD camera. I posted the first, called K Highway in Missouri in the video section, but then thought I should have posted it and others to folow in this section.

Very nice. That song brings back some good memories. Looked like a great stretch of highway there too. ::012:: ::022::

Yes, that is one of my favorite MO roads and typical, as most have a good rhythm and flow to them.

My son rode his 09 Wee up from Biloxi, MS and we met in Cape Girardeau in southern MO for the MSTA Buddies of Bruce rally. The MSTA rallies are weekend events that feature mapped routes of some of the best twisty roads in the area of their rallies. On Saturday, my son David and I rode about 300 miles of some of my favorites, including the above highway, or as Missourians say K Highway, plus some new roads that Ihad never ridden. We then continued for a week and rode more MO roads, then crossed into AR for lots of their fabulous Ozark roads. I'll be posting more vids and pics as I have time to edit and upload them.

On that route, the MSTA has a photographer to take pics on this highway. You can see him on the side of the road in the video. Here are pics they took of me and of David.

Second part of K highway with some music that it a bit more mellow, as the road winds down.

K highway part 2
Nice video's Fred.

The wife and I spent 2 weeks in Arkansas in June riding The FJR and KLR. We hauled them up had a blast on some fine paved and dirt roads including some Ozark roads. Wish we would have had the Big XT in by the time we made that trip.

Thanks for posting. Makes me wish we were back riding them now.

Nice one, Fredz. I would be somewhat distracted by the lack of snow and all the blue sky, but I guess you get used to it. R

Another vid with a friend of mine on his Super Ten on Hwy 103 in AR. Unfortunately I forgot to charge the camera battery the night before, so it quit after only 3 1/2 minutes and on one of the best rodds, too. I think that means that I'll have to go back and do it properly.
