Ok so i bought a set of Givi S310 Aux Lights, had a great deal on them, I know they aren't the greatest but there no seem to be a lot of LED bulbs out there that can be fitted to get their consumption down from 55w to more like 5w but the issue I have is fitting them. I have Givi bars but if I fit them to the top of the bars I can't remove the side pod to get at the wiring (something you need to do!) even fitting them outboard of the bars means the mount will still foul the side cover and I can't remove it, I can fit them at the front of the bars near to the forks but then they have to be fitted upside down, can this be done? Has anyone fitted these with the wires pointing upwards? There doesn't appear to be any water proofing around the wires and being in Wales I'm concerned the lights won't last long when they fill up with rain water!
