I bought one of those moto lift from harbor freight and for the life of me, can not figure out how to get the bike centered on the lift?
I'm trying to avoid things like the catalytic converter and drain plugs. Anyone has any ideas? Please share
Thank you

I'm guessing the OP is not referring to a full sized lift but one of those lift/jack things that you put directly under the engine (since he has cat and drain plug concerns).
I've had my HF pneumatic full size lift for at least 10 yrs now and due to space there's always a bike parked on it (FJR or Super T). FJR is currently getting some maintenance done.

I suspect this is the lift Slags was asking about, I believe he will need to have a good skid plate installed in order to use that lift on the Super Tenere, I have a very similar lift made by Pittbull but have never attempted to use it on my Tenere. Has anyone here actually used that type of lift on a Super Tenere ?

Here is a picture posted by board member Bmwdumptruck showing how he changed tires using a similar lift

Here you go. I’ve since acquired and fitted a centre stand, so just do it with that and front paddock stand.
(I’ve posted this cos I can’t see the pic Cycledude pit up. But I guess others might be able to see it and now see a duplicate?)
