After building thousands and thousands of my original MotoPumps and periodically trying to expand production, I have finally put all the pieces together. The key has been partnering with some great folks in the industry whose contacts included engineers and a factory connection that let me do a relatively small production run. Previously, I could never get beyond the hurdle of minimum orders of 10k to 50k pieces. I don't have $500,000.00 to invest in that first order.

About six months ago we launched the effort and drew up requirements, performance specs, size, weight, duty cycle, features, etc. The new MotoPump MiniPro inflator is a unique combination of size, weight, features and performance that don't exist in any other product on the market. While the MiniPro will work on cars and trucks, it has been designed with the Motorcycle/Scooter/ATV market in mind. As an avid ADVer, our needs have been the central guiding forces in design and features.

Because of the engineering expertise and excellent factory connection, we have also gotten an impressive set of certifications with the product: The factory is ISO9001/TS16949/ISO14001. The MiniPro is TUV certified, RoHS compliant and CE certified. There is no other pump on the market with this pedigree.

Here are a few photos:

Features:

Compact 2" x 4.5" x 5.75"
Light Weight at 18oz
Main power cord with SAE plug 6.5' reach
Cigarette lighter plug to SAE cord 3.5’ reach for a total of 10'
Integrated Polarity Protection Circuit lights up if power source polarity is reversed (instead of letting all the smoke out).
Durable Polyurethane 3' Coiled Air Hose with Zero Loss Connector stores onboard.
Three "sports" inflator fittings store on board for inflating sleeping pads, rafts, balls, etc.
Accurate, backlit pressure gauge is easy to read in any lighting condition.
Bright LED work light automatically illuminates and makes it a snap to use the MiniPro at night.
The MotoPumps Mini Pro is covered by a limited one-year warranty.
Deluxe kits will also include additional connectors: ring terminal to SAE for installation on the vehicle and battery clips for use with any 12v system.
Highly efficient, air/fan cooled pump draws a low 6 amps and is rated to 50 psi and 30 minutes continuous use. It will fill a standard rear motorcycle tire in 3.5 minutes and a car tire in 5.5 minutes.
The MotoPump Mini Pro Inflator is available at motopumps.com for $79.99 with free shipping in the US. Consult site for international shipping cost and availability.

Check out this link in ADV for discounted prices on the Mini Pro and a bundled deal including a Dynaplug Ultralite tire repair tool:

Like the MotoPumps Mini Pro Inflator a lot but I store my pump under the Altrider rear rack. That storage area is 2.625" high. Bummer.

Hey Tim-

What are the other dimensions of the space? Without the case, the pump is only 2" thick. With the neoprene case it is 2.2". I think it will fit.

About 7" deep and 7" wide. I use a Storm bag that is made for the Altrider rack. I have a Slime pump, small AAA battery flashlight, and Motion Pro MP Tool Kit in the Storm bag.

Looks good. Suggest putting the ording link on this forum as well for those of us who don't have the time to play on both forums.

Unfortunately this forum doesn't allow vendors to insert the necessary code for a PayPal button, so you need to click on this link, then the PayPal button. Only one more hop, not a big amount of overhead. You don't have to have an ADV rider account or log in. Just like going to MotoPumps.com to buy...

Hi Tim,

Perhaps I am missing something here, but I don't see why the pump would not fit in your rack. If I understand correctly, the pump measures:
2" x 4.5" x 5.75" and your storage area is 2.65" x 7" x 7". Looks like it would fit.

It is mentioned that with the "case" it measures 2.2" and then you ask about anybody removing the plastic. I believe that the "case
referred to here is the neoprene pouch mentioned here in this thread:

http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=931816&page=2 and not the plastic enclosure that houses the pump. In any case, it still appears that with the neoprene storage pouch, it still would measure 2.2" x 4.5" x 5.75" and would fit in your 2.65" x 7" x 7" space.

Is that correct, or what am I missing?

Thanks.

Rob, I don't know how you do it...I just finished the paypal transaction and within seconds got a "It shipped" email and the tracking number. You actually beat the paypal receipt email!

That happened to be very fortunate timing! I was just about to head out to my "other" job and saw the PayPal ping on my phone and packed your order up. I think it will arrive on Monday.

Merry Christmas!

If the button is not working, send $93.94 to sales@motopumps.com via PayPal, if you want a Dynaplug Ultralite tire plugging tool included, send $113.94. That will cover international shipping.

Thanks!
Rob

This is the attractive bit. I have a small pump (it's had the outer case removed) but it has no pressure gauge and the ones in service areas are notoriously inaccurate so I carry a separate one which is a PITA.

I just tried to order one of these via the AdvRider link but, and I'm sure it's me, how do I take advantage of the lower price and change the shipping option to the UK so the correct price is calculated?

Excellent! Got the order. Will get that packed up for you and on the way. Let me see what I can do to take some of the sting out of the customs and duty crud...

Ride Safe!

Well, I am still confused, which is not uncommon with me. I thought in a previous post you said: About 7" deep and 7" wide. and I thought you had 2.65" depth whereas the pump is 2 inches in depth without the neoprene pouch and 2.2" with the pouch.
