I did a lot of research and tried out different luggage over the years. I was at a rally in the desert a few months ago and saw those Backcountry 35's mounted on a few bikes. They looked really nice and well made. At the time I just had my Beta dual sport. Last month I purchased a brand new Super Tenere and decided to get a set.
Holy crap this is a lot of luggage!! Way more versatile than anything out there. I really like the fact they can be compressed down when not being used. I'm just a regular guy that will be doing long day rides and a few multi day trips. In reality these will pretty much stay mounted for everyday use. I'm using the Touratech racks. I mounted them up last night and they got the first use today. Very easy to use and your videos really helped with mounting. I agree that the vids are way better than a printed manual.
I mounted them up last night and packed the crap out of them today!! I highly recommend these. The stitching and material used is unbelievable. Quality control is spot on! BTW, the lock straps were even sent with matching keys.
Mosko Moto has some great employees and outstanding sewing crews working for them. As mentioned the quality control and attention to detail is amazing. I saw a few blogs where it looks like the owners Pete and Andrew are at the manufacturing plant overseeing operations. For such a new company I'm impressed. Best of all it's obvious they are riders and are constantly improving their products.
