This poll is for our friends overseas riding Super T's. Do you have time to ride? How often are you riding? I hope my metric conversion is correct. ;D

I got my S10 last autumn and put 2600km on it in 4 weeks. Then came the long winter. The season has just started here, so I am now commuting with the S10, so expecting the miles to build up rapidly.

I'll be putting a lot on mine when I get back. It's been resting over the winter ... used others. I didn't want it all messed up for the first year. My wife has apparently just bought it some bling ... don't know what it is yet but me thinks it's Touratech farkles :)

I've done 22,000k's now without a problem on the S10. Very very happy.

Oh, and I don't commute, this is just weekends and some week long trips. Doesn't use oil, no funny noises and no problems. 7 months old now! :)

Well, I'm not sure if this is the right place or not, and likely no one really cares ... but I'm gonna be LOGGING KILOMETRES pretty quick, as I just finished my 300 foot (~ 90 m) trail down my driveway. Chipped, salted, sanded, shovelled and dumped ashes and finally have a narrow path from the garage to the road. Heh heh. I'm riding this weekend. Probably freeze my little tookis off, but what the heck. Just had to share. R

Thanks for the welcome! Mine's a blue one but I believe all the Australian ones were blue so we didn't have much of a choice.

I particularly like the red and white ones that appear to be available in Europe.

Good for you Rem!! I took another ride last Friday (about 116 miles) and it felt great! A little soreness/swelling in the wrist at the end of the day - but otherwise no issues. After the ride, even got the bike back up on the center stand on my first try!

:)

Well done! Of course, it's mandatory that I dislike, despise, abhor and deplore everyone who rides before I do, but it will pass. Yep, I think I got 'er done. One bad patch right near the road that is current a swamp, but I have constructed numerous drainage channels ..... for when the ice melts later today. I gotta tell you .... us poor northern types sure have to put up with a lot. Taking up a collection for me shouldn't be out of the question. I hoping for attaining road by Saturday. Fins to the bone. I can relate to the drainage channels, etc in your driveway! I used to live at 8700 feet and had a 500 foot long driveway. In the spring, we would have SOOOO much mud until the ground would finally thaw and the moisture would seep into the ground. Drainage channels were the only way to get rid of the melt until the thaw. Many times, we would try to schedule our use of the driveway in the wee hours when it was still frozen to avoid the mud!

My big ol' Honda doesn't care much for the ice. That's why I have to find ground. It's a lot of work, but buys me a week or two. It's a really cold spring. Moving slow. Kinda sorta not unlike myself this morning. Sun's up !!!! Why, it will soar up to freezing in no time. R

Heh heh. Yeah, my wife took my tiger torch away from me several years ago. I actually tried a tiger torch a couple years ago. It just doesn't produce enough heat. Anyway, I'm good to go. I think Saturday is the day. But it's still mighty cold at night. It was like 12 °F this morning. A bit crisp for a long ride, but it's been getting up to near 40 during the day. That's tropical for this neck of the woods. Yep, I'm thinking Saturday. I'll let you know. R
