Hello from North Texas, I picked up a used ( not very 3,500 mi. ) 2015 ES back in Sept. and have had a great time riding it since. I raced MX for about 8 yrs. back in the 70's and when
the racing was over didn't ride again until my sweet wife surprised me with a 2012 KLR for my 61 birthday, ( which I thought was pretty nice of her ). I had a lot of fun on the KLR but it
just wasn't all that comfortable on the highway, so that's why I bought the S10. The S10 is great on the highway and does everything I need it to on the dirt/gravel roads that I ride. At my age I'm not
really interested in any hard core dirt riding, even though the bike should perform well I might not and it's to heavy to be picking up. I've been reading the forum for a while and just joined up.
Lots of good information.

Welcome!
With your dirt-bike youth, you'll likely appreciate the Tenere in ways that most bike riders simply won't grasp.
Glad you decided to join up! This is the place to discover you aren't alone. :)

Man, that Dallas\Ft Worth metropolis is a Tenere haven! Yaw could stage mini-rallies with little effort.
