Been wearing the D7 daily for well over a year. Super durable. Very confidence inspiring if I took a slide. Love the materials. Only gripes is I wish they made full size glove with a wrap around the wrist and forearm like a proper streetbike glove. Weakest part of the design is they might get ripped off your hands in a wreck.

Have a second sent I use when wrenching, welding, cutting steel. They saved my finger from a cut off wheel that exploded. Fractured my finger and cut it via blunt force. The glove didin't even have a mark on it.

Buffalo Leather and kevlar stitching. Anyone know of a full size streetbike glove with buffalo leather? My sedici gloves feel like garbage in comparison (barely last a year).

Did somebody say buffalo? Here's what I've been wearing. Kinco brand buffalo gloves. XXL is big enough to wear wool liners and in the heat loose enough not to get hot. I was playing around and put some shoe goo on the wear areas as an experiment. Lasted a while and just pulled the rest off a couple days ago, probably wouldn't recommend. Did the wrist strap with paracord and the sliders you see. Do have a proper pair of gloves but prefer these. Any farm store for less than $20.

Great idea. Used some wire as a proof of concept. Gotta think about materials.

Put my knot on the inside makes it easier to cinch up. Route the cord through one knot then it can be used like a slip knot and pulled up with the other hand or teeth.

Here's the good stuff, bought last year and haven't really worn them yet. Alpinestar GP plus has all the protection. The XXXL fits like the buffalo XL size, and cost a bit more. Sorry, not buffalo but good cow:)

Had good luck with Alpinestars gloves and boots. They work great, and comfortable. And as a bonus they last almost forever. Almost is as good as it gets in our world. :)
When my sidichi gloves fail I'll take a look. I don't remember them fitting me well.

Buffalo Moto offers some riding gloves, but no gauntlet gloves. Made in Canada. No personal experience with them.

I have looked at Kangaroo hide gloves in the past, but not tried them. These Nexo ones are more $$$ than I’d spend, but interesting. Sparton Leathers in MI has a kangaroo/stingray gauntlet glove that looks interesting, but only the Med size in stock now.

I’ve been wearing Aerostich Elkskin Gauntlets for a couple of decades now when I’m not wearing mesh short gloves. Not as tough as the buffalo hide perhaps, but I’ve worn a couple of pair out over 400k miles and crashed once in them w/o injury. Some knuckle padding, but no hard armor, (which I would prefer).

I peeked at the site and found it interesting that while they mention good bike control feel, no armor and the gauntlet glove has the following note in the description: "Please note: The snap strap does not work to tighten the wrist up.” So what’s the point of having the snap strap? Maybe style. Retention is always something I look for in moto gloves.
