Recently while working with the great people at Madstad, I requested a slightly larger windscreen to match up with my 2014 ES S10.
I had recently added the side brackets to the Matstad bracket and loved the added support and reduced windscreen flexing and GPS vibration during interstate travel.
So Madstad looked closely at their standard largest windscreen design and agreed to add about and inch to the height and top width.
Given my large size 6'3" 290 lbs with wide shoulders the added top height and width of the custom sized shield works well for me on the interstate.
So to sum up after trying Puig, Cal Science, Yamaha Touring Screen ... the current madstad bracket with the side supports and this + size madstad windscreen ... is the best so far and is what I am using now.
I do not believe Madstad is currently planning to take the engineering effort (Cost $) to start making custom size windscreens or what the cost would be for such effort, but I just wanted this group to know that they often have gone the extra mile for me and their products are of high quality.
FYI. Given the forces placed on the windscreen, bracket, side braces and motorcycle structure this size was considered about as big as is safe. I have ridden in the still wind up to about 110 mph with it with no concern outside a ticket, but have not done any worse case windy day experiments. I plan to do a short 400 mile trip soon and the winds are up to 10 - 15 mph so will report back later on what I find.
