OK, so springs almost here and I've been farkling away. Last week it was SW-Motech bars and bash plate and today a Madstad adjustable windshield bracket.

I've both the stock and tall screen, but at 6' 4" I've been getting pretty bad helmet buffeting. I know the Madstad bracket is pretty much an essential mod for V-strom's so I hope this is the solution. Just got it on today and it's been raining buckets since so a real road test is going to have to wait.

Shipping was very quick and Madstad answered all my emails.

Gotta' love a small US company with quality products.

Came in a pretty small box.

The 2 brackets, crossbar, 2 bags of hardware and instructions. Should be a snap.

Nicely machined brackets. (OK - stamped)

Remove the windshield. A phillip head screw driver and a allen wrench (supplied) are all the tools needed.

Got the cross bar option. Great for mounting any accessories that fit a 7/8's" bar.

Mounted my RAM ball before the putting the screen back on.

Everything lined up perfect.

Lowest setting.

Highest.

Highest angle.

Lowest angle. Somewhere in the middle is what I'm looking for I'm sure.

Hope to get some seat time soon to find the best angle/height. Install took 30 minutes and very easy. If it works I'm a happy camper!

Thanks for looking.
