Lower Exhaust Header Bolt Won't line up

Put a AltRider skid plate on and there are two bolts on the lower right side for the mount. The larger rearward one lies right up but the one that connects the header to the mount is not even close.
Ay way to dance around this?

I got it. I just had to pry up on the header which I don't like. I hate any type of binding on vibrating parts. I'll have to get back to work. Thanks.
BTW the reason the header was off was to remove the cat. The cat itself was in good shape but super restrictive. I do notice it breathing better...like I took a concrete block off it's chest.
